The honey and egg liqueur from our Black Forest apiary

Our honey and egg liqueur is a real treat. It is made in the Upper Rhine Valley according to our grandmother's old recipe. We only use fresh eggs from Germany, cream, fine brandy distillate and, of course, fresh acacia honey from our Black Forest apiary. This gives the honey and egg liqueur a great creaminess and a unique aroma.

Fine acacia honey instead of refined sugar

The special feature of our egg liqueur is that the valuable acacia honey alone is sufficient as a sweetener. This means that the honey egg liqueur is free from refined sugar and also impresses with the mild, sweet taste of honey.

Serving recommendation & storage

Honey egg liqueur is usually served at room temperature, but can also be served hot as a punch. We do not recommend serving the eggnog cold, straight from the fridge, as this prevents its delicate aroma from developing properly.

Honey egg liqueur is incredibly versatile - enjoy it on its own or use it to refine desserts or other drinks.

Shake the bottle vigorously before enjoying and then pour into a suitable container. Small shot glasses or the chocolate waffle cups typical of eggnog are suitable.
