The Story Behind Our Imker Secco

Our Beekeeper's Secco is a wine-based beverage flavored with our mead. The secco is made with wine from the Baden region. After the dry riesling is carbonated to create the sparkling secco, our fine mead is added. This transforms the secco into a distinctive, tart-and-fruity delight. Our secco isn’t just a highlight in the glass for toasting at celebrations—this delicious, sparkling beverage is also perfect for cozy moments with friends and family all year round.

Serving Recommendation

The secco tastes best when served at a temperature between 6°C and 8°C. For an authentic drinking experience, we recommend serving it in a sparkling wine glass or a champagne flute.

Tip: Frozen fruit and ice are a great addition to secco, both in terms of flavor and presentation.
