Classic digestif

According to old tradition, people here in the Black Forest like to drink a schnapps after a meal. For this reason, we have decided to develop a full-bodied schnapps with our Bioland honey. The result is a fine Williams with an unmistakable honey note. In the 0.35 liter round-neck bottle with a chic Black Forest design, the Williams is also a real eye-catcher and perfect as a gift.

The production of our honey Williams

After fermentation of the Williams pears, our fine Williams honey is made using our fine summer blossom honey is added. The subsequent distillation process turns the Williams into a clear and fine Williams brandy. The result is a mild taste explosion with a particularly fruity bouquet, which is underlined by the delicate honey note.

The perfect enjoyment of our honey Williams

With this fruit brandy, the pear and honey are clearly in the foreground, with the honey providing a gentle finish. We recommend a drinking temperature of around 16°C for an optimum enjoyment experience. The Williams is served in style in a shot glass with a large belly.
