During the summer months of June, July and August, when the days are at their longest, our bees collect nectar from a wide variety of wild flowers and herbs as well as from trees growing in the meadows of the Black Forest. From this diverse mixture, our industrious bees produce fine blossom honey - our summer blossom honey with its typical strong and slightly flowery taste. The mild, sweet and light aroma of the honey lets you experience the lightness of summer in taste.So delicious and so versatile
Summer blossom honey is a great all-rounder in the kitchen. The aromatic, flowery honey is of course ideal as a spread for breakfast, but it also cuts a fine figure in muesli or as a sweetener for desserts. No two summer blossom honeys ever taste the same - the bees collect their nectar wherever they find a rich supply. This looks different here in the Black Forest than in the Palatinate Forest or the Lüneburg Heath, but even within our region there are differences from year to year, depending on which plants dominate in summer and which do not. Summer plants that are popular with bees include clover, lavender, cornflowers, borage, marigolds and mallow. Our creamy German summer blossom honey is Bioland-certified and therefore meets the highest quality standards. The honey comes from our own apiary and is harvested and processed particularly gently so that the unique summer flavors can develop optimally. Store the honey at room temperature in a well-sealed jar in a dark place so that it retains its properties for a long time.Important note: Honey is not suitable for children under the age of one.

Wir trinken den Honig in schwarzem Tee, sehr wohltuend. Schmeckt aber auch gut auf Stuten.
